• The Rent a Web site package consists of a custom designed 3 web page web site, incorporating your coilers, logo and images (up to 3 per web page - resized if necessary and fully optimized) you wish to include. SEO aka Search Engine Optimization, Spelling and Grammar check and usability is included as part of the process.
• The minimum rental period is 13 weeks - one quarter of a year, after this the clients can then choose to pay quarterly, half yearly or yearly in advance, with an option to buy following the first years rental.
• For clients who do not have their own Domain Name and Web site Hosting registered and pre-arranged - the web site will be published as a sub-domain on an Irish Website Designers exclusive website
• *For clients who do not have their own Domain Name and Web site Hosting and wish to register and arrange same. We recommend that you register a top level (.com, .net, .info, etc) Domain Name and Arrange Hosting with http://www.bigbytes.net - We are not resellers for BigBytes but have for many years been the beneficiaries of excellent services, support and prices
• Web site Content with regard to Information about the Clients Profession, Business, Trade, Skills, Services and/or Products must be provided by the Client electronically by e.mail
• Irish Web site Designers will spell and grammar check, edit to top SEO standards and format all supplied text and image content prior to publication
• All Graphics will be either provided by the Client in .gif or .jpg format, or designed by Irish Web site Designers in accordance with the clients instructions (this will incur a small additional charge), or from the Irish Web site Designers extensive library of royalty free images that reflect the clients business or industry.
• Graphics must meet approval standards as set by Irish Web site Designers
• All graphics and images submitted for incorporation into the web page(s) must be sent separately electronically via e.mail - maximum sizes 640 x480px to retain clarity in res-sizing processes.
• Web site pages are sized equal to one sheet of A4 paper - 12pt Arial font when printed -and can include up to 3 images which will be incorporated into the web site design and layout.
• Content exceeding this amount of space within a web page will be classified as an extra page and charged accordingly - or at the discretion of Irish Web site Designers.
• Design work will not commence until we receive all content to be included in your web pages(s) and your commitment to proceed in the form of the rental fee payment.
• Full payment for the Rental Period required must be paid in advance.
• The rental period commences from the first day of publication of the web site
• Irish Website Designers will include a link back to the Irish Website Designers web site on all web sites designed by Irish Web site Designers
• Any additional changes following publication of the web page(s), will be charged at a rate quoted by and at the discretion of Irish Web site Designers, in accordance with the amount of changes requested
• Rental Renewal Invoices will be sent electronically 10 days prior to the Renewal Date, non-payment will be considered as a cancellation and the web page(s) will be removed without further notice.
• Upon completion of the Web site, we publish the site as a sub-domain on our server and submit to the major search engines for crawling, listing and ranking.
